This site uses no cookies and asks for no consent. Traffic is measuredanonymously and without cookies; no data is stored on your device.

1. Data collected

This catalogue collects no personal data directly: it has no account, no form and no newsletter. Registration for a project takes place on the official websiterempart.com, which has its own privacy policy.

2. Third-party resources and IP address

To display certain content, your browser contacts third-party services, to which yourIP address is necessarily sent:

• Map tiles fromOpenStreetMap France(OpenStreetMap data), hosted in France.
• Project photos hosted onrempart.com.

Fonts are self-hosted: no request is sent to any third party (e.g. Google Fonts) to display text.

3. Audience measurement

We measure catalogue traffic with Umami, aprivacy-friendly analytics solution:

• No cookies and nothing stored on your device.
• No personal data and no identifiers: visitors are not tracked across pages or across sites, and your IP address is not retained (used only transiently and anonymised).
• Data hosted in the European Union (the service's EU data region; the service is provided by Umami Software, Inc.), never sold, with no profiling or advertising.

This is limited to aggregate statistics (page views, popular pages, referrers, country, device type). In line with the French data protection authority (CNIL) guidance on audience measurement, it does not require your consent.

4. Legal basis and purpose

Processing of the IP address by these services relies on the legitimate interest of providing a functional browsing service (displaying the map and images) and measuring traffic anonymously. No data is used for profiling or advertising.

5. Hosting

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, whose resource is provisioned in a European Union region. The content, which is entirelystatic and free of personal data, is delivered through Microsoft's global content delivery network (points of presence worldwide); only transient technical logs (IP address) may be processed for security and operational purposes.

6. Data retention

Audience statistics (Umami) are kept in aggregate form for no longer than 25 months, in line with the French data protection authority (CNIL) guidance on audience measurement. The server's technical logs(which may contain an IP address) are kept temporarily, solely for security and operational purposes, then deleted.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

Audience measurement is provided through Umami Cloud, operated byUmami Software, Inc. (a company based in the United States); the account used is configured to the European Union data region, where the statistics are stored. Hosting (Azure Static Web Apps) is provisioned in aEuropean Union region (see § 5). Any transfer of personal data outside the European Union is framed by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses / EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

8. Your rights
